  I went to the East Gadsden store last weekend the girl bumps on nose I kind of turned the other way but when she went around the counter and she really got down on it so when she comes back up there I told her I did not want that food at all the manager I'll take that back. Shift manager I think that's what she was made fun of me so I won't be going back to that one and the one in Alabama city the girl drop my bag on the floor pick it up pick the back up after hit the flo and then proceeded to put my food in the hand it to them I told her I don't want that damn food then why I'm sitting out want to get my money back the manager goes over there cool I have a lift up with the ice cream at and then wobble her nose I told him give me my damn money let me get the hell up out of here and I meant what I'm saying right now I won't be back going back to those two stores

  Consistent. The food is better than most fast food places and pricing is reasonable. Customer service is excellent.

  We ate at Jack's in Attalla this morning! We were the only customers inside and every single table was dirty! You could ice skate on the floor where the tables and fireplace are. Trash was on the floor! Now I could understand if the place was jumping but there was nobody in there but us!! I guess they heard us complaining bc shortly after that a young lady came out to clean the tables and sweep. Usually Jack's is clean!

  Good food at a good price. Much better than other inexpensive fast food places

  Jacks has the best french fries in the world.
